My name is Julie and I specialize in helping people in the second half of life get healthy and fit. If you are new to the health and fitness arena and don't want to leap into a gym membership I can come to your home to design a program to get you started. If you prefer going to a gym I can meet you at Healthworks in Morgantown and design a program especially for you. I have special training in working with adults with arthritis and in Nordic Walking for cardiorespiratory fitness. Whether your goal is to put your suitcase in the overhead bin without help, play at the local park with your grandchild and carry her home when she is too tired to walk, or to run a marathon we can work together to help you realize that dream. I'll show you how to build strength, stamina, and flexibility and be sure you remain safe during the process. It's never too late to start on the road to fitness. Before you know it, you'll be feeling stronger, moving more easily, and sleeping better. If you are starting to think that your best years are behind you, remember, the adventure begins at 50!
